RCHA - Right of the Line

This is an anecdotal history of The Royal Canadian Horse Artillery from 1871 by Major G.D. Mitchell.  Among the regular Armed Forces of Canada, the RCHA has the oldest roots; this book spans its history from the establishment of “A” and “B” Batteries at Kingston and Quebec in 1871 to the present.  The story of the RCHA is very much that of Canada: from the founding of the Mounted Police to peace-keeping in Cyprus, Canadian “Horse Gunners” have seen active service on four continents and have been overseas for 48 years.
